Got refund but no return shipping label.

I asked for and received a refund for sunglasses that arrived broken. But, the seller has never sent me a return shipping label and is not responding to my messages. What do I do with the damaged sunglasses?

Typically the seller sends a return label if the seller wants the item back and then refunds once the item has been returned.

If you have been refunded already, that usually indicates that the seller does not want to pay for return shipping and you are free to do whatever you want with the item. In some cases, the seller may be unfamiliar with the process, though, so messaging the seller is a good idea.

If the seller does not respond to your messages, you can wait a bit and then dispose of the sunglasses.
