Got paid 22% less than sale price of shoes.
We sold 2 shoes for a total of $90. Buyer paid for the shipping. But ebay only paid $70. Do they charge 22% including fees and taxes?

eBay charges fees based on the total amount of the buyer’s payment … which includes the item price, shipping cost, and tax.
