Got notice from ebay they are canceling a sale
So i sold, got paid, shipped and got delivery notice for an item. Today i got email from ebay saying they are canceling the order because they found the buyer violated policy and they closed their account. The problem is i have been paid, item was delivered, now what do i do? I have went through every chat button and cant get a real person at ebay. Are they going to take my payment away? Its already in my bank. Are they going to make the buyer send the item back? They said they closed the buyers account. Or do i just ignore it because i got paid already and it has been delivered. Im so confused. Also, you cant reply to the email from ebay which makes zero sense to me.
Thanks if this has happened to you before and you can shed light. I guess the community has to do the ebay work for them like self checkout at grocery store.
