Contact the buyer and ask if they want to return the item - you will send a return shipping label - or keep it. If keep, how would they like to repay the refund you sent?
eBay doesn't have a way for the buyer to pay you, so you can use PayPal, zelle, venmo, paper check - whatever works best for the both of you.
If they want to return it, but a label at pirateship.com, print it to a jpeg file then send the jpeg to the buyer in an eBay message.
