Got item almost a month later. Seller trying to blame flooding but order was put in 10 days prior
I ordered a part from an Arab seller. I ordered the part on April 4th. After hearing no updates or tracking info I asked about the shipping on the 15th. They wrote me and said the tracking info was sent. The label was created that day or on the 16th. It sat for another week or so. I asked about it again since it didn't move. They said there was flooding. I remember seeing something about flooding in that area in the news. So I let it go. Got the package the other day. It's almost been a month. I asked for a partial refund since it took so long. They talked about he flooding again and how they made no money off the sale. I looked it up. The flooding happened on the 15th - 16th. 10 days AFTER I put in my order. Am I wrong for wanting a partial refund? What should I do?
