Got into a mess trying to sell

Question

I am a complete novice at selling. Back on 13Nov25 i set up an auction for an item with Â£100 reserve. This was not met. I gave up with it as the bidder was from China and I had excluded all international countries.

Anyway, I had another go at selling, this time set up on 9Jan25 as buy it now. But the whole thing is a mess as the details (end date) refer to my 13Nov25 sale attempt. I need to speak to an advisor to sort it out this mess. How do I do that?
