Got charged twice for shipping label
I was shipping out an item to a buyer and somehow was charged twice the same exact price for a shipping label that I of course only used once. How do I get reimbursed. I waited a few days thinking they would just credit me back but they did not

Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label. You only have 28 days from the day the label was printed.
The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
