got charged international fees but the shipping address is in US
I just shipped a package to Oregon which is the address that came up when I did the label
so today when I was looking at my account for this item
there was a 0.29 cent charge for international with a message
that said the registered address is in china
just sort of confused--I can see if the shipping address was in china but it going to OR
just curious

It's common for international buyers to have their purchases shipped to a package forwarder. You ship to the package forwarder, and they ship to the buyer in his country.
Your job is done once the package is scanned as delivered at the package forwarder.
