Got charged for item but seller canceled order after receiving funds.
How do I get money put back on my card? riskybiscuits name should've warned me? Doesn't Ebay make sure sellers are legit? I've heard shady ebay. @ links to members

If the seller cancelled on eBay, the refund automatically goes back to your original payment source, though how long that takes to be reflected on a statement depends on your specific bank.
In general, you can avoid many issues by choosing only to do business with experienced sellers that have a proven track record of delivering what was advertised as demonstrated by feedback going back over time for selling similar items, and by skipping new or inexperienced sellers, sellers that have drastically changed behavior lately, sellers that have a pattern of negative feedback, or sellers that appear to be drop-shipping from another location.
