GOT AN ITEM RETURNED TO ME INCOMPLETE
Needed help with an item I got back from a buyer where they are claiming that it is defective.
I received it and upon checking the contents I am missing items from it. The item is a 4-Camera DVR Video Security Surveillance System. Their claim is that the DVR does not connect to the Internet, When I opened the box the DVR was still in it's original package so it wasn't even used or tried. I am missing the Power Cord, they put an old dirty one inside of the box which is not the original one from the system, I am missing the mounting screws & plugs for the cameras, Missing the Theft Video Surveillance Window Stickers and most important (x2) Rolls of 60 Ft. Extension Cables, package comes with 4 cameras each with a roll of cable and I only got 2 back. It's clear that these people only ordered my unit to steal from me and then returned it saying that it was deflective. Ebay says that they protect the buyer but what about us the sellers ??
Any input on how to proceed will be greatly appreciated.
