Got an item I didn't order
A photo slide of an ATSF railroad train was mistakenly shipped to me. I never ordered it; I don't know who the sender was, nor who the intended customer was. And there's seemingly no way to contact the ebay moderators about this. Does anyone know what to do?

Mentor1 year agoGo to your Purchase history and see if there are any orders you have not yet received. It's possible one of those sellers may have accidentally switched shipping labels, so I suggest using the CONTACT SELLER link and ask, telling them what you did receive.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
