Got an email that my 2FA was removed?

So i got an email that my 2FA was removed, i didnt do it, so i imitatively jumped on my account changed the password and re enabled the 2fa, should i be worried?

Of course not, i went through regular page, i never click links in emails.

@dobbywares < so i imitatively jumped on my account > You didn't jump on your account by clicking a link in that unknown email, did you? Links like that can imitate the actual site, while it's installing malware and a keystroke logger and a hundred other things onto your hardware. I hope that isn't what you meant by "imitatively" in your posting.
