Got a refund but didn't get a label

Question

Seller sent me the wrong product and I was refunded and eBay AI chat says the case is closed. However they were supposed to send me a return label to send the incorrect product back. they said they're sending a label but they never have. I've inquired a few times after that, my last message to seller was ignored. Is this their problem at this point? Meaning... I'm not going to lose my refund in 30 days because I didn't return the incorrect product.

If you filed a returns request through ebay, and the seller refunded, a return shipping label will not be provided, because sending a refund right away means the seller does not want to pay to get the item back. If the seller does want the item back, s/he will have to send a shipping label outside of ebay, either using Pirateship.com or Paypal.
