Why do some items appear in a Google search while others do not? When I search Google for my item ... Google returns a link to eBay for an item exactly like my item, but the link goes to eBay and states "Out Of Stock" when clearly my item is available for bid/purchase.
Why isn't my item showing in a Google Search?

I understand that eBay may not have any control over what Google returns on a given search .... but what eBay DOES have control over is posting a link on their site stating that an item is out of stock (per OEM part number) when the exact same item IS available on eBay.
The "Out Of Stock" page is not tied to a given seller ... so I don't understand why eBay is returning a link showing that the item isn't available on eBay's web site when in fact it is.

Mentor1 year agoYou do not have a store subscription, so you are therefore not paying ebay for offsite promotion.
