Google buyer address and scam alerts appeared
Help! I googled a strange address given to me by the buyer and links popped up warning sellers of them being scammed on shipments made there. If I cancel the order and not ship won’t I get negative kickback from EBay? If I ship signature required am I covered no matter what and paid for my item?

As long as you ship to the exact address in the Order Details, you should be good. It's possible your Buyer is using a freight forwarder. More overseas Buyers are using that service and it is allowed by eBay.
In the meantime, you really have no valid reason to cancel the sale. If you do, the Buyer can leave whatever feedback for you he/she feels is appropriate and eBay will not remove it.
As for signature required, that is only required on orders $750 or more. Tracking should provide the information you need to prove a successful delivery.
