Goodwill store aka badwill
After Winning 2 auctions I contacted This GOODWILL seller multiple times to request combined shipping but received no response. Today after several days asking them to honor combine shipping offer, I was notified that I could not bid on another item due to two unpaid auctions. This is concerning, as attempts to resolve the shipping matter received no reply from this GOODWILL associate/franchise ever and they proceeded to report me as If I was the one who did them wrong

You're going to discover to your frustration that the unpaid item block is disqualifying you from buying and bidding on many more listings than just Goodwill's. The unpaid item block is an option that any seller can use to filter out deadbeats, if you'll excuse the term. Many, if not most, sellers – informed sellers – do utilize this automatic block.
edited to add: I haven't done it myself, but I have heard from believable sources that eBay would forgive a member's first non-paying buyer strike. If you can get customer service to eliminate one of the two you have, leaving only one, that would be golden . . . one strike doesn't hurt you. But if you can't, all is not lost. There are still some sellers who haven't activated the automatic block, you just have to find them. A strike lasts twelve months. After a year, they age off and you're back to normal again, provided that you haven't received any more in the meantime. Good luck.

It is important to resolve bidding/shipping/combined shipping questions prior to bidding.
You were committed to paying for the items that you bid on with the terms stated.
If you do not pay, the items are sometimes automatically closed due to non-payment.
