Goods returned after verification but original invoice and spare buttons missing
I sold some goods. They were sent for verification and were confirmed as genuine. However it was stated they weren’t new but had been worn. They were the display item in a shop but were new. Anyway we received the goods back from the vericator and I’ve refunded the payment however the original invoice and buttons are missing from the return. Seems impossible to speak to eBay. Any advice

Mentor11 months ago@spugsy_spiegel I recommend social media to report the missing items, however I don't hold out much hope of them being returned to you.
