Goods not received seller now wants a higher price to resend item
I bought a product advertised as new. I have a delivery note from Fedex saying it has been delivered to a different address than mine. The seller first said they would investigate and resend the item. Now they are saying that the special offer time period has ended and that I will have to pay more than 4 times the original price. They want £759 now. Not sure how to report this
