goods not delivered to the buyers address and access to the seller is blocked
My access to ttsonline is blocked when I try to reply to their messages which is sent through eBay with a 'we have a problem try again later' message in a red box. I need this access to obtain the proof of delivery photograph or details of the time and date of alleged delivery. I find the process of dealing with problems when purchasing through eBay does anyone else have concerns.
