That account has no ratings because no feedback has been received in the last year.

Most of the selling feedback was from over five years ago, with only a handful more recent than that.

The seller appears to be selling a pre-owned item, but is using a stock photo in the listing.

If I were buying a used backpack, I would prefer to see the condition in a photo.

If the seller has not sold in a while, the seller may run into issues with managed payments or payment holds, which could potentially delay shipping.

You can buy the same backpack new from another seller with recent feedback for the same buy-it-now price.

This seller has sold in the past, but appears to have been inactive as a seller for over a year. Detailed seller ratings are optional and are based on the past year only which is why they are zero.

The listing states that the item is used but he has posted stock photos. His description says he will post actual photos of the item. Since there is only an hour left for the auction, you're not likely to get the additional photos, but if the item doesn't sell (and there's a good likelihood it won't), you could contact the seller and ask him to post the actual photos if he relists so you can take a look.
