Good evening
Good evening, I have been greatly harmed by some sellers inquiring about shipments, blocking them, or canceling bids when they are awarded. This only applies to me not entering into bids. This is not fair. Who will compensate me for the damages? I have pending, blocked, damaged, adulterated, and late shipments. What is the solution?

Mentor2 years agoI'm not quite sure what you are asking, but as a buyer you have two options.
Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.

The easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. You have 30 days from date of receipt. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
