Good day ebay blocked me from bidding and making offers because of my grand daughter used my account to make a perchase on some items and I stopped the perchase

If your granddaughter bid and won you are supposed to pay for the purchases. Not paying for 2 or more items will get you blocked from bidding. Those unpaid purchases take a year to age off.

You are responsible for all activity on your Ebay account, regardless of who uses your account.

If you let someone use your account, then you must assume the consequences of that person's actions.

Change your password immediately and do not let anyone else use your account.

You should be able to still use the Buy It Now or Best Offer features.
