Good customers Bid denial
A potential customer in good standing, never a problem, kind of person messaged through eBay asking why I accepted an order?? He said he attempted to bid 15 higher and was blocked 4 times from doing so. He didn’t understand why and neither do I. He did a screenshot and sent it to me. It advised an eBay user not to converse outside of this platform. I received the same message. I had never received any message and only received ONE offer, not from him. My blocked lost better paying customer is apparently furious with eBay. I disappointed with this myself. Thank you for your insight, and advice.

OP8 months agoUnfortunately that wasn’t the issue. eBay AI showed tim$22 tried to bid multiple and was blocked. He is is good standing so that wasn’t the issue.

Without access to your account and the Buyer's account we will be guessing a little.
-On this page you have several block settings including the number of items one Buyer can either bid or buy from you in "X" number of days. Buyer management | eBay
-The Buyer may have reached their monthly Buying limits, you as a Seller have no control over that.
