Going around in circles with a return and no help from Ebay or the seller
i have been trying to return 2 items since 9/14/24 and the seller has agreed to the return and sent 1 return label but I need 2 as the order came in 2 boxes. The seller keeps putting me off saying your return label will arrive in 4-5 days and the last time I enquired I did not get a response at all. They have given me until 10/2/24 to return the item but no return label. How do I get help from Ebay. Now when I enter my Order number on the request for help to the chat, comes bacy no information.!
