Going around in circles and can't get out.
My count was suspended I don't know why when I tried to restore it I sent proof employment many times it still tells me it's suspended the robot keeps taking me around in circles every time I ask a question it tells me to go back to Messages and checked I've done it several times with no results.
Now I am trying to close the account because I've done I've had it and it keeps telling me the same thing the program keeps telling me to go in circles I can't talk to an attendant which I've asked for many times to do.
I am frozen in this computerized website and I can't get out help.

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.
