Global Shipping to Mexico?
I recently sold an item to someone in Mexico, and they're telling me that they can't check out. I'm in the Global Shipping Program and noticed that Mexico is not a country listed on my item page. What are my options? Why was this bid even allowed to go through if Global Shipping doesn't include Mexico anymore? I can simply use USPS First Class International, but I don't know if that covers import duties or if there's any protections incase something gets lost or damaged. Thank you!
