Global shipping service
Hi
I want to know why global shipping tariffs are a mystery, for the same weight, from a seller to another the
shipping can go from 15 to 40 dollars, and everybody seems to find this normal.
When I pay an invoice I don’t know if the shipping paid goes entirely to the seller, or a part to the seller and
a part to eBay.
ebay says they collect VAT and then no custom fees, but sometimes they don’t give the money to my
french post service, so l must pay custom fees myself in plus.
for me that service is a shame.
l have no confidence anymore to eBay.
