I live in UAE and have created an ebay.uk seller account in UK using UAE details. Am I eligible for the eBay Global Shipping Program and can I register?

Im leaving in uae my ebay account is uae detials based, and payoneer account is india details based, so can I connect with ebay and what about items location ,because ebay consider primary address Which address will be verified in Pioneer.

Please guide me ðŸ™

@umeshram Sorry you must live in the US to use eBay's International Shipping Program.
