Global shipping program
Does eBay have a global shipping center in Glendale Heights Il. I made a sale to China and it's shipping to Glendale Heights Il.

If your account is Opted into the eBay International shipping program then all you do is ship to the eBay hub and they ship overseas. The Buyer pays for both shipments just so you know. I thought one of their hubs was in Carrol Stream, Il.
Foreign Buyers have the option to contract a US freight forwarding company so they can establish a US based account. Sellers only ship to the US address and then the Buyer pays the forwarding company to ship to their country. I have sold to numerous Buyers this way but typically, items going to the Asian countries go through west coast forwarding firms opposed to the mid-west but it would make sense to have them there too.
