Global Shipping issues
I am located in the USA, I am trying to sell an item to someone in Poland. He claims that Ebay will not let him purchase the item because I can't or won't ship to his country. I have done many Global shipping transactions with never a problem. I have not changed anything on my side. Any ideas what could be the issue? Thanks Mike

This item https://www.ebay.com/itm/327345486063 has no international shipping at all on.
If you offer EIS, that means EIS has excluded it from international shipping. There could be several reasons
Possibly because you have AS IS in the title and EIS doesn't want to accept returns for a potentially non-working item
Possibly because it looks like you are selling 4 items but only 3 are photosgraphed
Possibly because you are selling 4 different items which can be challenging for customs
Possibly because the bot couldn't determine exactly what was being sold by the item title.
Consider revising the listing to add more photos, and perhaps only selling working items in one listing?
You also should be aware that on eBay, when you sell something it must be in working condition unless it is sold with an Item Condition of 'for parts not working'.

1) If you don't have country of origin filled in, your item may not show to international buyers.
2) the item may be prohibited to import into Poland or to export from USA.
What is the eBay Item Number for the listing?
