Global Shipping issue from USA to UK

I am USA based, I have received messages from several potential buyers from the UK saying that they are unable to buy my item eventhough all of my listings are set up with the Global shipping program. Does anyone know a fix for this?

There are now some UK import restrictions that have caused UK destinations to be removed from some international listings. Some types of vinyl dolls (like troll dolls) appear to be banned.
