how do I talk to a human being for information? Is it no longer possible to communicate with eBay with a real person, or is the only way by non personal robots who never fully answer my questions? Can I pay to talk to a real person? Once, weekly, monthly, yearly?
I have now been selling on eBay for 25 years and problems still happen but solutions are harder and harder.
