How do I set up global shipping for sending my merchandise (rare coins) overseas? The post office will no longer allow me to send registered mail packages containing coins overseas. I have no way to contact a human being on ebay to assist me. I do not know what to do, other that eliminating overseas business or just using Fedex which will cost the buyer $ 100 or more per package.
