Glitch keeping buyers from purchasing
Heard there was a continuing glitch that is keeping buyers from purchasing BIN and auction listings. When buyer goes to check out, message comes up SELLER DOES NOT SHIP TO YOUR LOCATION. This glitch has been an ongoing issue for 9 years according to eCommerce articles. It appears the glitch is confusing USA state codes with country codes. Unfortunately, all we sellers know is that sales are down and we are encouraged to pay to advertise and promote listings charged via number of clicks. Even that doesn't work. It just generates more clicks and revenue for eBay but does noting for sales revenue for the sellers. Is anyone else experiencing unusual light sales volume?
