Glitch in the payment and selling with my store
How do I get to talk to someone at ebay? I have a problem with my customers purchasing and paying for my items. I have accepted offers and they have disappeared and one buyer said he could not pay because I was on Time away mode. I had time away on a week ago and it is off. I am losing sales.

Check you time away setting - I see the message that you are away until 5/27.
