Glitch in Payouts
Summary: auctionsco is experiencing issues with withdrawing funds to their bank from eBay for over a week. Despite escalating the matter multiple times, the problem remains unresolved. They are incurring overdraft fees as a result and require a letter from eBay for their bank to address these fees. Each agent promised that the next escalation level would provide the necessary letter, but it has not been received yet. They express frustration with eBay's handling of the situation.
Haven't been able to withdraw to my bank in over a week. escalated x 3 level and now at off line resolution. None have resolved problem.
I need a letter from eBay for my bank to remove the five $28 OD fees ($140) solely due to this. They charge for a label and since they can't take it from my $100+ eBay balance it goes to my bank and another $28 fee. I have one Fee due to a 13 cent charge.
Where do I get this letter? Each escalated level agent tells me the next one will supply a letter.
Hey eBay, no one expects you to do the right thing and pay the fees. I just need a letter stating the same thing you've told me many times. It's our fault.

Mentor3 weeks ago@auctionsco eBay does sometimes take the shipping costs out of your checking account if you don't have a credit card. To avoid overdraft fees you need to use a credit card for a back up payment method for selling costs.
You add the card here in account settings>
https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
Designate it as the back up payment method for selling costs.
This is also how refunds and are paid to buyers.
I have never heard of a bank asking eBay to provide a letter.
