Giving me the wrong shipping label
I sell sports cards and click the option on shipping where it’s $1.05 with tracking included up to $20. However, it’s been charging me only 60 cents which it turn the post office sends it back to me bc it’s not enough. What should I do? I tried to reprint the shipping label but it still says 60 cents not $1.05. Thanks!

Mentor3 years agoAssume you mean you selected it when you listed. Regardless, you still may need to select (reselect) the correct option when you create the actual label.

1 oz is 60c
2 oz 84c
3 oz $1.08
