Giving feedback on a buyer from a seller???

Question

I have a buyer who expects feedback from me as the seller on my experience dealing with the buyer. He/she is upset that I haven't given feedback on them as a buyer. I don't know where on the eBay site there is a place to do that. Please have someone point it out and give me explicit instruction on how to do this. TIA.

There are several places to leave feedback, but I use this: https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw

It says shipped and awaiting your feedback. I have several feedback messages saved and I choose from them. It gives you the option to create feedback each time or save multiple feedbacks. You can also click on your feedback number, which takes you to your profile. At the bottom of the page, there is an option for leave feedback.
