Giving buyer a discount before they have paid

We have agreed on a discount for purchasing multiple items. How do I reduce the price before they have paid?

Without more details, I'd say your best bet would be to create a "Private listing for (username)" that includes the items at the agreed upon price plus the combined shipping cost, then delete the active listings.

Include photos from the listings you are going to end and a brief description of the items.

Before doing that, contact the buyer tell them what you are going to do, and ask what would be a good time for you to schedule the listing to start In their time zone, so they will be ready to make the purchase, once the listing goes live, so someone doesn't buy the item out from under them.

Are you talking about Auction listings or BIN (Buy it now) items?

The Edit function will let you change things on a listing providing there are no bids (for auctions) and no outstanding offers (on BIN listens) and there are more than 12 hours remaining in the current listing cycle.
