Giving buyer a discount

I sold 3 BIN items to a buyer and agreed to give him a discount. I told him to

make me an offer and I would accept it. Instead he bought the items. Now I don’t know my options to give him the discount. He hasn’t paid but wants the items. What should I do?

Since the buyer has already paid the only thing you could do is to give a partial refund to the buyer. Find one of the items on your sold list and from the drop down menu click on refund. Make sure to enter the amount you want to refund since the default is the full amount. Then send the refund.
