Given the Wrong Item!

I need help the seller treeoftoys delivered my package last Thursday January 30, 2025. However I waited 19 days for this package to arrive I get it because of weather delays. I bought 5 pets from this seller, I got 2 cats first #138 shorthair cat and #339 shorthair cat. However the first 3 in the group order were shipped last. The 2 out of 3 pets I received are correct as described by the seller. However the seller gave me the wrong item. Instead of #64 pure white short hair cat, the seller gave me LPS #228 shorthair cat instead by mistake. What do I do? It has been 24 hours since I messaged the seller and they still hasn't responded to my message. The communication with the seller sucks. Do I request a refund, or can the seller still send me the correct item?

File a Return Request.

Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œwrong item receivedâ€œ. Attach a photo.
The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
