Gifting a iteam that a buyer wants there money back without making a shipping lable
Iam trying to refund the buyer the money back buylt i would like to gift the iteam without getting a shipping labble

Mentor2 years agoIt is not clear what you want to do.
If the buyer filed a Returns Request, you have two options. If you want the item back, you accept the return, and that will send a link to the buyer to print out a return shipping label. You do not refund until you get the item back. If you do not want the item back, you can click to refund the buyer.
