Gift cards
I purchased two $200 ebay gift cards September 20th 2020 . I have the order numbers and the transaction numbers. I was sent the digital codes to use but have misplaced them. Since they have never been used, can they be retrieved?

See if you can connect with an eBay Gift Card team member to do some research on it.
Open this Help page on eBay Gift Cards
At the bottom Click on "Contact us"
In the Help Chatbox that opens, to bypass the bots, type AGENT then press the Send arrow
Keep typing "AGENT" to any bot questions.
For the box asking "Yes"/"Something else" click on "Yes"
You should see the options to Chat live with an agent, or have them call you.
I tried it and had to enter AGENT 2 times, clicked "Yes", then got the live agent options.
Note: The Call Back option doesn't always work if your carrier blocks spam/telemarketing calls.
With the Chat option eBay will automatically email you a transcript.
