Gift cards
How long does it normally take to get your gift card money refunded back on to the gift card because I canceled my order but never received my refund

The refund should appear right away if you used an eBay Gift card. If you "canceled" your order, make sure the seller actually followed through with the cancellation and refund. If not, and if you do not receive an item, you can open an "item not received" request from your purchase history after the last estimated delivery date has passed.
