Gift Cards
I've been getting and using eBay gift cards for years with no problems. Recently when I tried to use a card, it would accept it, but would tell me to use a different method when I clicked on "Confirm and Pay". I called eBay and they were able to remove the block, but it keeps happening again and again and again, and I have to call each time, whether I'm using a card that was partially spent, or another card.
I've spoken to representative, supervisors, etc., and have been told several times that the issue has been resolved, but it keeps coming back. No one can tell me why there's a block on the cards, but they can always remove it temporarily. I've been an eBay customer for nearly 20 years, and I'm being treated like garbage. Has anyone else had this problem?
