Gift card used when you still have the card
Has anyone had to deal with ebay regarding a gift card which was used somehow, because you still have the gift card on hand. What I trying to say is I purchased a ebay gift card and when I went to check the balance, it said the card did not exist. When contacting Ebay they say it shows there was an amount on the gift card, but a purchase was made on it. I explained that can't be right, as I still have the card in my position and did not give it to anybody. Ebay won't give me the name of the person who used the card, which they know. Because it's not my account that used it. Has anybody had this happen to them? and if so, how did you go about in getting your money back. Thank you in advance for your help.
