Gift Card used up
I have multiple Ebay Gift Cards where the remaining balances are $1 or 26 cents etc.
My question is do I just hold on to the card till it expires or can I pitch the card?
(after I scratch off the numbers on the card)
Do I need to hang on to the ever growing stack of used up Gift cards even if the balance is no higher then
$1
