How can I get my money back from eBay when being scammed into buying gift cards?

Gift cards are not returnable.
If you have not scratched the gift cards you can still use them yourself or give them as gifts.
If you have scratched them but not revealed the codes to anyone, you can still use the gift cards to make needed purchases on ebay.com.
If you have revealed the codes to anyone, the money has almost certainly been spent -- likely within minutes -- to prevent you from changing your mind or spending the money first.
