If you have given your gift card code to a scammer, unfortunately there is not much you can do unless you spend the money before the scammer does. Scammers know this, so don't hesitate to act once they have the numbers.
That is why gift cards should be treated like cash and not shared with anyone, and only used to give as gifts or to enter into the checkout page to pay for a purchase on ebay.com.
