Gift card return
I used a gift card for a item, the item was damaged and then returned , they credited the money back to the card , but I don’t not have the card , what are my options

All refunds go back to the funding source. The funds are on that gift card card, the card is connected to that user ID to spend on your next purchases. You don't need the physical card.
